To export paper(s) from Pubmed to a textfile: 1. Search paper(s) in Pubmed 2. Select the paper(s) which you want to import 3. On the top, change the "Display" to "Medline" 4. On the top, change the output format from "Send to" to "File" 5. Save the txt-file on your computer To export paper(s) from your reference management programme to a textfile: 1. Select the references in your reference management programme 2. Chose as export style the Medline(NLM) format 3. Save the selected references in a text file You can then import the text file to this database: 1. Check the text file that you prepared - please note: there must be an empty line between the references and also before the first reference 2. Click the button "browse" below 3. Choose the text file which you prepared (the files must being prepared as described above to follow the Medline style) 4. Type in your e-mail adress for any questions or confirmation 5. At last click "send"
